In 2007, Jim realized his dream by opening Primo Sports Centre in both Florida and New York. Through this endeavor, he became a guiding force and mentor to numerous Hudson Valley soccer players, leaving an indelible mark on their athletic journeys.
Jim’s dedication to his craft extended to his qualifications. He held the title of Master Coach, backed by an NSCAA International Premier coaching license, which he earned in Curitiba, Brazil. His thirst for knowledge led him on a European Coaching Study Tour in England in September 2008, where he immersed himself in the soccer academies of Hull City, West Ham United, Arsenal, Fulham, and Tottenham Hotspur, accompanied by Martyn Heather, a renowned figure in English football.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jim was a loving husband to Tara and a devoted father to Zemi, Colin, Trevor, and Madison. He was a cherished sibling to Tara Aiken, Renee Lagarde, and Chris Lagarde.
