This German Shepherd Seeing Kittens For The First Time Will Melt Your Heart
The video of a German Shepherd meeting a cat with her newborn kittens for the first time has recently melted the hearts of millions of people on the internet.
The YT channel @The Fluffiest has recently posted a video that soon went viral and was viewed over 20 million times. The main protagonist was a German Shepherd puppy whose reaction to his newborn housemates – kittens, was just priceless!
This fluffy, long-haired boy entered the room with a toy in his mouth, not expecting to see anything unusual. But then, there was a whole bunch of fluff lying on the bed that he didn’t see before.
He was a little bit confused to see his newest housemates, so he did a little bit of sniffing first.
It seemed that his micro-inspection didn’t bother the cat who was lying on the bed, totally relaxed and comfortable. She gave him a cute, gentle look, not minding that he became “all ears and nose” around her babies.
He was already a good, socialized boy that used to live with a cat. Generally, German Shepherds get along with cats just fine as long as they receive the proper amount of early socialization. And, our little protagonist, the sniffy GSD, has already undergone his training.
After his careful and gentle approach, he got a little closer to one of the newborn kittens. He gave it the most heart-melting look ever, nudging its small, furry head with his nose and welcoming it in the family.
In a way, it was like he already knew that these cute little kittens were about to become his furever family. He then wagged his tail and layed next to them, just enjoying the moments of utmost cuteness.
Once he realized how cute and harmless his new feline friends were, he started licking their mom on her head. He was giving her the sweetest kisses, and if he could talk, we would probably be hearing something like: Don’t you worry, sis, I got their backs now!
The cat enjoyed this sweet declaration of love. She let herself go, layed on her back, and stretched a little bit… maybe because from now on, her newborn babies will be having a brand new brother who will provide security for them!
